Hi I'm Gage O'Brien

I'm the pastry chef and owner of OBrien's Cake

Boutique.

My passion for pastry began long before I stepped into a professional kitchen. Today I combine classic French pastry techniques with modern design to create custom cakes, cupcakes and elegant wedding cakes, that are as unique as the people I make them for.

I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu, where I developed the skill, precision and discipline that shaped everything I do.

Every order is designed from scratch, never copied so so your celebration is one of a kind.

My favourite part of this Work is seeing the moment it all comes together and knowing it will be part of memories that last a lifetime.
